Open Discussion - Our Faith in Jesus Christ
I am moved by the Holy Spirit to create a discussion thread/s over the next year, each one will be renewed monthly at the 1st Saturday of each month.
I can't talk enough about my Lord Jesus Christ and the wonderful life he has given me since I recovered from drinking alcohol since 1992. I am literally on my 2nd chance at life, and I rightfully should be doing my dirt nap (since July 3rd 1990 on my new lease). If those of you are ready to leave your living hell behind, then there is one who can grant you peace and protect you right now, His Name is Jesus Christ.
I was introduced as a child, by my grandparents, to Jesus Christ and I am so blessed, and again if I hadn't I would be like the lost indeed. I implore you to teach your little ones about Jesus Christ if you haven't yet, you will be happy you did, and so will God our Father in heaven and our king Jesus Christ. Woe to those that don't!
Luke 18-17 - "Assuredly I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter it."
And on our walk with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, there is a graduation date, and He is coming soon, but He doesn't expect us to know it all, but He does expect us to read the living Word, and live the living Word of our Father God. Our walk in Faith has no brick building like the world has us go to. We think that the worlds education system grants us wisdom and that's totally wrong, only He grants us the wisdom and we get that through our experiences in our walk with Him. You can be too smart to get this, and I have seen people study themselves right out of Salvation and back into the worlds spin on wisdom. We must keep it simple, like the mind of a child.
Matthew 18:3 - Jesus said - "Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven."
For example, those that have gone back to the worlds indoctrination and the twisting of the Bible, such as the Barabbas followers, have cherry picked scripture out of the Bible and turn around calling the Bible full of lies, and dis our Lord and Saviors life, death, and resurrection. They went too far down some of these misleading rabbit holes from overnight internet sensations. Beware of this. Being a follower of Jesus Christ is not about just "one and done", and making Gods Laws more comfortable to suit your feelings so you can continue to sin.

I'm in a spiritual battle at the moment with some family members I love who have turned from following Jesus Christ to a false god. They know the Bible, and they know the solution.
Dear heavenly Father -
This is heart breaking. I'm reduced to only prayer, I can't do or say any more. I pray for our Fathers guidance in these lost ones lives, that they may turn back to the True God, the most high, who created heaven and earth, then man, and sent us a Savior Jesus Christ.
Amen!
Thank you for all your prayers for Lynn, Dannis mom. Lynn is out of ICU and is doing much better.
All glory, praise and honor to Christ Jesus our Lord God, alleluia and amen!
I came across this, in my reading this morning. Again He speaks of children. This scripture is when an angel of the Lord "Gabriel", visited Zacharias.
Luke 1:17 -
"He will also go before Him in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just, to make ready a people prepared for the Lord."
Now I know why my heart soul has always been a protector of children. The little ones are so important to me.
Burt - This is Max Doner WB7MAX. Thanks for your post. Well said. Little children trust without reservation whatever their parents tell them. This is how we are to trust our heavenly Father - we trust without reservation whatever He says in the Bible. But unlike parents who may mislead their children and betray their trust, our Heavenly Father never does so. We can, as Proverbs 3:5 says, trust in the Lord with all of our hearts, knowing He will never mislead us. His honesty is perfect, and His wisdom is infinite, and therefore He can be trusted even when we do not understand the reasons He says or does certain things. Faith is trust without reservation, and that is…
